Unlike traditional video doorbells, peephole variants are easy to install. Simply replace an existing traditional peephole with a smart version. This is primarily an advantage for homeowners' associations, as installing a video doorbell generally requires the approval of the homeowners' association, while replacing a peephole is less problematic. With the CP4, Ezviz offers a model suitable as a replacement for a conventional peephole. It features a 4600 mAh battery, a Full HD camera with an integrated buzzer and PIR sensor, a 4.3-inch display with live view, and an intercom system. A stable Wi-Fi connection at the installation site is required for operation. The Ezviz CP4 includes a camera unit connected to the display via a ribbon cable with a USB-C connector. In addition to the display, there is also a mounting base, a loop, and three pairs of mounting screws in various lengths from 3.5 to 8 cm. The brief instructions, also available in German, contain only a few details on commissioning. Using the QR code printed on it, users can download the complete manual (PDF), which is available in all relevant languages and explains the camera's functions in detail over a total of nine pages. The 4,600 mAh battery on the display can be charged using the included micro USB cable. In test mode with intensive use, the battery loses about two percent of its capacity per day. In practice, it should therefore last a good two months before removing it from its holder to recharge and plugging it into a USB power supply. ----------------- ● MY SETUP ● ------------------ My laptop: https://tidd.ly/3rjenUe My mouse: http://bit.ly/Ma-souris My phone: https://www.amazon.fr/OnePlus-Stockag...
