Grundig Concert Boy Radio Overview & Repair. Retro Tech

In this latest Retro Tech video, we'll take a quick quick look around a 1976 Grundig Concert Boy 1100 radio. I bought this radio to use mostly on medium wave and short wave, having got a little tired of the DAB stations. When the radio arrived it had a few faults so I've filmed some of the repairs I did to get the radio back working. I'd heard that the sound quality of these old Grundig radios is really good and I wasn't disappointed!!! Although I didn't specifically buy it to use on FM, the FM reception and sound quality is so good I'll probably listen to a fair bit of the FM stations too.............until they switch off the FM transmitters :-( More Retro Tech coming up on this channel soon.
