Sa vlog na ito, ibabahagi ko ang aking calisthenics workout routine para sa araw na ito. šŖš„ Nag-focus ako sa Handstand Push-Up gamit ang resistance band bilang assistance. Kahit 2 reps pa lang ang kaya ko kada set, tuloy pa rin ang training para mas lumakas at mas mapalapit sa full Handstand Push-Up. Pagkatapos noon, nag-Weighted Dips naman ako gamit ang 12kg na dagdag timbang para mas ma-challenge ang upper body strength. Habang nagpapahinga sa pagitan ng sets, nagkukuwento rin ako tungkol sa aking training at progress.
