Lindsay Clancy's ex-husband, Patrick, expected as prosecution's first witness

Opening statements are scheduled for Monday in Lindsay Clancy's murder trial in Plymouth Superior Court. The Duxbury, Massachusetts, woman is charged with killing her three young children. After a dramatic week in court, 18 jurors were seated for the trial. The 12 women and six men will decide whether the commonwealth proves Clancy guilty of first-degree murder.
