Mystery Solved in Ismailia: Driver's Body Found Bound in Well Thursday The Ismailia police in Tell El Kebir have solved the mystery surrounding the discovery of a taxi driver's body, bound with ropes and dumped in a water well on a farm in the Wadi El Malak area of ​​Tell El Kebir. Four brothers had kidnapped him, intending to rob him at gunpoint and demand a ransom from his family after killing him. Major General Mohamed Gad, Director of Criminal Investigations in Ismailia, received a report from Colonel Mohamed Talaat, Head of the Criminal Investigation Branch for the Western Ismailia region, stating that a body had been found floating in a water well on a farm in the Wadi El Malak area. Examination revealed that the deceased was a man in his thirties, bound with ropes, with injuries to his head and back. The body was also weighed down with a large piece of concrete. A search team was immediately formed, including Captain Hossam Hassan, Deputy Head of the Criminal Investigation Department for the Western Ismailia region, and Fahmy Abdel Samad, Head of Investigations in Tell El Kebir. The team's investigations confirmed that the victim was a taxi driver named Sadiq Ahmed Abdel Hadi, 30 years old, from Cairo. He was friends with four brothers: Karam, Mohamed, Fouad, and Khaled A. Following legal procedures, the search team apprehended the suspects. The suspects lured the victim by asking him to drive them to the Tenth of Ramadan City. They then immobilized him, tied him up, and bound him to a large piece of concrete. After the defendants were sure that the victim did not have any money, they set fire to the taxi.
