Ремонт HONDA LEAD 100 JF06 e

This is part 1 of the video. In it, I'll disassemble a Honda Lead 100 scooter and inspect its 101cc JF06-e engine. The scooter arrived with complaints of unstable revs and loss of power. During disassembly, critical wear of the CVT guide slides and crankshaft main bearings were discovered, resulting in a failed alternator-side oil seal, which was sucking air in. Loose CPG studs also caused air to be drawn in between the cylinder head (cover) and the cylinder itself. As a result, the rings overheated and lost their elasticity and require replacement, or better yet, a CPG overhaul. A more significant factor in favor of engine disassembly and a complete overhaul was the critical wear of the lower separator (lower connecting rod bearing). The video is quite interesting and informative, covering the intricacies of disassembling a HONDA JF06-e engine! For those who want to support me: 5355-5711-8360-4115 Stanislav Georgievsky
