[TOP 3 HARDEST] Rolling Sky/IIE/IFE/Bursting Core II - Viper - 11★ - Noclip Showcase

NOTES: -THE FOOTAGE IS NOT FROM ME (Recorded by 只线 (https://space.bilibili.com/473006573)) -THIS GAMEPLAY IS NOCLIP FOR SHOWCASE PURPOSES. -THIS LEVEL HAS MANY VERSIONS; THE ONE HE RECORDED IS THE IFE VERSION. While Viper's routes by themselves aren't really difficult (personally, I think this is like on par with 6-stars in the official game, like 1UP, Competition Park, Happy, and Red Empire), Viper's true difficulty comes from the heavy amount of effects and cameras being used. Many parts have distracting, unusual camera changes: zooming out extremely far, moving to the other sides, backward camera, etc., making the controls harder than normal. Many types of visual effects were also presented: greyscale, blackout, flashing theme changes, etc., increasing the difficulty more and more. Combined with the long level length (5 minutes), it's no wonder why this level is in Top 3. If we're talking about this level from a quality standpoint, this level is definitely one of the better Top levels in the list since it actually has high effort put into it by trying to be visually appealing, instead of just being crammed into kaizo routes and called it a day.
