We support you in spreading inspiration. ☆Profile Nice to meet you. My name is Daiki Nakazawa, president of Ottley Yanakazawa. Born in 1977 Originating from Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture I started playing acoustic guitar when I was in the fourth grade of elementary school. I became a fan of Tsuyoshi Nagabuchi. Even as a child, I was moved by how cool it was to see someone express themselves with just an acoustic guitar. Then, in my first year of junior high school, I finally got my hands on my long-desired acoustic guitar. I spent every day practicing, neglecting my studies, and my mother often scolded me. When I entered high school, I worked part-time as a waiter for 650 yen an hour. I then borrowed money to buy my dream black Yamaha APX10S guitar, which I still treasure and display in its acrylic case. After graduating from high school, I pursued a completely different career path. I've worked in many jobs, including as a vending machine route salesman, a club boy in Nishiki 3-chome in Nagoya's downtown area, a brand shop manager, a car buying and selling dealership, and finally, as a salesperson for injection mold manufacturing. While working as a salaryman, my passion for guitar grew, and I started buying and selling guitars as a side job for about 10 years. I think that was the origin of Ottoli-ya. In 2010, I met a repairman who taught me everything about acoustic guitars. Without this encounter, Ottoli-ya wouldn't exist today. I continued to save money from my side job and study, and in 2013 I quit my job. In 2014, I finally opened my own Ottoli-ya, fulfilling my dream. I'm very happy to be able to work with my beloved acoustic guitars. I've met many other acoustic guitar lovers through acoustic guitars, and I've been enjoying a fulfilling life every day. We hope to further spread the wonders of acoustic guitars to the world, helping our customers rediscover the childhood they once were when they first picked up a guitar, and helping them relive their youth.
