Jim Butcher's The Dresden Files continued (books 13-16) | Worlds Of Speculative Fiction lecture 104
Enroll in the FREE online class, Worlds of Speculative Fiction - https://reasonio.teachable.com/p/worl... We are continuing the Worlds of Speculative Fiction lecture/discussion series in an online monthly format. Each session will have a roughly 90-120-minute-long video (this one is longer, though!), which will be premiered (allowing chat interaction between viewers and myself). Then immediately following that, we will have a Zoom videoconferencing session, where we'll continue the discussion. This session focuses on the fantasy/supernatural author Jim Butcher's The Dresden Files series of novels, a series we examined earlier, focusing then on books 1-4, then books 5-8, and books 9-12. We are now examining books 13-16, which lead up to a massive cliffhanger. We discuss the worldbuilding, character development, and key philosophical themes developed within the series.
