Do not try this without mountain experience. I have been doing this for a long time. Before heading to the Middle Sister I suggest doing some easier ones such as South Sister and Diamond Peak. There is a lot of good wilderness camping in this area. The route this video takes is called East Pole Creek Trail. The trail goes to the base of the mountain and then circles around Hayden Glacier and Prouty Point. The final climb was very difficult. There were loose rocks and it was very steep.
