LOVE THE BOOT? CHECK OUT MY REVIEW:    • Allen Edmonds Higgins Mill Review — Super ...   Is this really the fanciest boot cream of all time? I tried them on my scuffed up Higgins Mill boots to find out. INGREDIENTS There's no precise ingredients list out there, but it is mink oil based and contains a variety of waxes. It also seems to have a little bit of alcohol in there, but not enough to cause concern for stripping leather. PRICE At $9 an ounce, it's much pricier than its main competitor Venetian Shoe Cream ($3/oz) or the cheapest options, Lexol and Bick. ($1/oz) SEE MY REVIEW OF VENETIAN SHOE CREAM:    • Venetian Shoe Cream Review + How to Use On...   PROS & CONS Pros *Produces really nice luster *Eliminates scuffs *Smells better than many competitors *Works on every nice leather out there  *Practically solvent free *Doesn’t change color very much Cons *Pricy *Some criticize it for giving a great shine but not giving great weatherproofing *Proprietary ingredient list *No pigment, so it’s a bit harder to hide scuffs
