Wachbataillon: Kai Beinke übergibt an Hans Domrich

Lieutenant Colonel Kai Beinke hands over command of the guard battalion to Lieutenant Colonel Hans Domrich on March 29, 2022. In this video, the triathlete and paratrooper, Kai Beinke, talks about his experiences as commander of the guard battalion, his challenges and the impressive moments of the past three and a half years. The viewer also gets to know the new commander, Hans Domrich. Lieutenant Colonel Domrich swapped the distinctive mountain infantry headgear for the green beret of the guard battalion. On his first mission, however, he was allowed to say goodbye to his mountain infantry comrade, Generalleutnant Erich Pfeffer, with a big tattoo.
