6 Bjj Side Control Movement Drills ( Kill Defense With Quick Counters )
In this video I show 6 of my favorite side control movement drills. They're great for building movement and creating quick adjustments to your opponents defensive frames and movements. These drills are great as is or paired with a guard pass of your choice. You'll notice a lot of them involve going side to side. One attribute that I think is important in BJJ is the ability to attack from both sides. This allows you to come at all sorts of different angles, negate your opponents defenses and attack their weak and strong side alike. The 6 BJJ side control movement drills in this video are performed in a way to help produce that quick gross motor response. Your body reacts before it can actively think. Helpful for scrambles. Also, just a heads up. My computer is in the shop and will be fixed in a couple of days. That's why I didn't have a drill video last week. Hopefully that will be done so I can get back to making the videos on time for you guys. Hope you guys enjoy the movements! -Chewy http://www.Chewjitsu.net / chewjitsu / chewjitsu / chewjitsu http://www.periscope.tv/Chewjitsu
