Freddy Horion eist dwangsom van 770.000 euro op

Serial killer Freddy Horion left Hasselt prison on Monday wearing an ankle monitor and was admitted to the Rekem Public Psychiatric Care Center. Now, his lawyer Walter Damen confirms that Horion will claim the penalty payment of €1,000 per day, amounting to approximately €770,000 owed by the Belgian state.
