Mt. Rainier Scenic Railroad, "Steam Train Ride!" (1987)

Steam Train Ride documents the 1987 operations of the Mt. Rainier Scenic Railroad from Elbe to Mineral, WA with Mt. Rainier Scenic Railroad No. 5 & Heisler no. 91. Pacing scenes, cab rides with the crew alongside spectacular views of the thick wooded forests of Washington State. The Mt. Rainier Scenic Railroad was recently revived by the reorganized Western Forest Industries Museum, which has been making great strides in their efforts of revitalizing the railroad. WFIM recently announced their plans of restoring no. 5 to operating condition. Soon, MRSR will be running 2 Mikados on it's excursion trains.
