Renewable energy—including biofuels such as renewable diesel (RD) and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF)—is at the center of the conversation around reducing emissions worldwide. Global production of biofuels is expected to grow 43 billion liters by 2028, largely driven by regulations in the United States and Europe.
