How To Fix Your GOTRAX Scooter E3 Error (How To Solve GOTRAX Scooter E3 Error Code). In this video tutorial I will show you how to fix GOTRAX scooter E3 error. Here’s how to troubleshoot: To troubleshoot error code E3 on your GOTRAX scooter, unmount the console and clean its connector to the battery with a soft rag before reinstalling. Here’s how to go about it: • Use a 4mm hex bit and a wrench to undo the screws securing the handlebar and console assembly to the scooter stem. You can also use the 5/32 hex wrench that came with the scooter to undo the screws. • Once you’ve removed all the screws, pull the handlebar assembly upwards to remove it from the scooter stem. • Next, use a 2mm Allen key or a 5/64 hex wrench to undo the screws securing the console cover on the handlebars and remove the cover. • Once the cover is removed and the console is accessible, undo the Phillips screw that holds the console in place and unplug all wires from the console. • Next, identify the console’s connector to the battery and clean it with a lint-free, soft rag. • Reverse the unmounting procedure to reinstall everything in place after cleaning the console’s connection to the battery. If the issue persists, you must replace the console to clear the problem.
