Empyrion Galactic Survival - Starter CV Carrier Build Part 1

In this I first talk about what the goals of this creation are. Basically a Janus like ship meaning it would first be spawned like a player starter base with production and farming functions. Over time you add CV parts to it like thrusters, pilot seat, more generators, shield, warp etc. Then you can use it as a base style CV. This build also has 1 Helios module bay. From this point, more places for upgraded thrusters, turbines, shield parts etc. with the end goal of using this over the course of entire play thru as a base style CV carrier that also has a module bay and able to move other CV's, HV's, and SV's.
