Florence's Hidden Michelin Starred Restaurant | Atto Di Vito Mollica | Kirby's Grand Italian Tour

🇮🇹 After a successful and exciting commission at Stefano Bemer, my good friend and guide Tommaso and I departed for dinner. In this episode, he takes me to one of his favorite restaurants, Atto Di Vito Mollica, located inside hotel Palazzo Portinari Salviati. The space is a 15th Century masterpiece that was formerly the home of Dante's muse and the first residence of Cosimo de' Medici, the Grand Duke of Tuscany. While enjoying a celebratory negroni, we are greeted by Executive Chef Vito Mollica. Before dinner, Chef Vito gives Tommaso and me a tour of their incredible dining room, situated in the former courtyard of the Bank of Tuscany, and the restaurant’s kitchen.
