Severus Snape -- Dynasty

"Here's to the saddest man who ever lived in the world of wizards and witches." Last summer I got into Harry Potter and watched all of the movies with my little sister (I'm currently reading the books). From the first moment, Professor Snape caught my attention and as I kept learning more about him, I truly appreciated the depth of his complex personality. For me, he truly is the most tragic character; The one whose story did not have a happy beginning, a happy middle or a happy ending. This song is like the words of his soul mourning for his lost love, Lily. What he'd thought they could build, but in the end it all crumbled down. I have noticed that many fans loathe him. That's fair, he definitely wasn't a nice person, but what I find ridiculous is the hate towards the people who love him.
