Today’s flow is a simple yet powerful 30-minute Vinyasa Yoga practice designed for daily movement. This beginner-friendly sequence will help you build strength, improve flexibility, increase mobility, and reconnect with your breath through mindful movement. We begin with Sun Salutations and flow through Warrior I, Warrior II, and Reverse Warrior sequences to awaken the entire body. Then we move into Chair Pose variations, Forward Fold, and Downward Dog stretches to deeply open the hamstrings and release tension. The practice continues with seated forward folds for deeper flexibility, followed by a core-strengthening Navasana (Boat Pose) series and Hollow Body exercises to build stability and control. To balance the body, we strengthen the glutes with Bridge Pose variations, activate the posterior chain with Superman exercises, and improve spinal mobility through Cobra Pose. Push-ups are included to develop foundational upper body strength. Finally, we slow down with deep stretches, relaxation, Savasana, and meditation to leave you feeling grounded, calm, and refreshed.
