302 Mustang Speeduino Plug and Play ECU - Part VI.I

This is probably the most tedious and challenging part of developing the Plug and Play Mustang Speeduino ECU. So we will split that process into 2 videos. In this video we install the Speeduino into the 1992 Ford Taurus donor ECU case. We then review the wiring diagram, ECU connections, compare Speeduino to Ford ECU pins and discuss firing order and system operation for all circuits, with emphasis on the Ignition and Fuel Injector circuits. We then hook up the factory 1995 Mustang GT 5 Speed T4M0 harness to the ECU and prove sensor operation and communication with tuner studio. In the next short video, we will test full plug and play operation using all Ford OEM style sensors, injectors, coil and wiring harness. Filmed April 2025 -BP Builds
