Homemade strawberry ice cream that tastes so much better than store-bought! This is the perfect summer dessert: tender, creamy strawberry ice cream with strawberry pieces that melt on your tongue! Make it without condensed milk, only with natural cream and delicious strawberries. Your family and children will be amazed 🤤!!! 🍦 Ingredients: (1 cup ≈ 250 ml) ▫️ 3 egg yolks ▫️ 150 g sugar (2/3 cup) ▫️ 120 ml milk (1/2 cup) ▫️ 500 ml whipping cream (33–38%) ▫️ 500 g strawberries 🍓 ▫️ 3 tbsp lemon juice ✅ Preparation: • Mix the strawberries with 50 g sugar (3 tbsp). Let the mixture sit for 1 hour so the berries release juice. • Mix the egg yolks with 70 g sugar (4 tbsp) and 120 ml milk (1/2 cup). Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until it slightly thickens. • Strain through a sieve and let cool to room temperature. • Set aside 3 tbsp of strawberry pieces for later decoration.
