On January 26th, 2024 the original Country Bear Jamboree at Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World will be closing for an extended refurbishment to welcome a brand new show. The animatronic show opened in 1971 and will be undergoing changes to bring a new Country Bear Show to Walt Disney World. Opening in Summer 2024, the Country Bear Musical Jamboree will be a tribute to the musical revues in Nashville. The new show will have the animatronic bears reinterpreting their favorite Disney songs in a variety of country music genres.
