Instinctive Archery - Having a proper release in traditional archery.
This is a short video I made on utilizing a second anchor point in shooting traditional archery. I thought this technique might help some that may be having difficulty with maintaining a solid and consistant release and consistancy with their groupings on target. This does work because it keeps your release hand on the same plane as the arrow, effectively creating a smoother loose of the arrow as you continue to pull back through your back tension on the shot.
