Episode #13 - 34 Min Bike Ride Panther Creek Dr Loop - Bike Trails The Woodlands

Follow my YouTube Channel @biketrailsthewoodlands 34 Minute Bike Ride (5.2 miles) in Panther Creek - The Woodlands, TX U.S.A. – Start in Panther Creek Village from the Creekwood Park parking lot (plenty of parking usually available). This trip makes the complete Panther Creek Loop. Panther Creek Dr does not have a Hike & Bike path the first half mile of the ride. You will take the pathway that stays the closest to Panther Creek drive and make your way through neighborhoods until you rejoin Panther Creek Drive at Flintridge dr. Just follow the same path as on the video. From then on, you will remain on the pathway that hugs Panther Creek Drive until you return to Creekwood Park. CAUTION: You will cross two major intersections (twice each for 4 crossings altogether). Use extreme caution, and be sure to use the pedestrian crosswalk lights. Even after a light turns to allow crossing, ALWAYS check for oncoming traffic that may not be following traffic patterns properly. SAFETY FIRST!! During this ride, you will stay on paved pathways the entire time. Your will be in the shade almost the entire ride as well. This is a pleasant ride, but be aware at vehicle traffic crossings. The total distance is just over 5 miles and takes about 32 minutes – riding speed between 8 and 9 mph. Filmed in (4K). This ride feels like a deep woods experience. Creekwood Park has restrooms and water. Take advantage before heading out. Remember to keep your speed under 10 Mph sin e you share the pathways with people walking, other bikes, Baby strollers and more.
