It's Finally Here...
The reason I've been relatively quiet about my split is...well, it's kind of always changing. Principles remain in place. I give myself enough rest before hitting a muscle again. I prioritize weak points. I try not to accumulate too much fatigue both within a session and over the course of time. But outside of that, there's quite a bit of room for variability. If I had to make it very simple, what it looks like MOST of the time is a 4ish day rotation. Legs, Chest, Back, Shoulders/Arms. But what those days look like from week to week can differ a decent amount. Hope this video helps clear some things up. Oh and if you see me dropping my shoulders and arms day in the future, don't be surprised. I've been considering it for awhile.
