I've always loved the blunt, honesty dynamic between Mai and Sakuta as a couple, and I'm so happy to see them continue to adapt the series into university. Kinda surreal to see characters closer to my age I guess. While the beloved and iconic Fukigashi No Carte has finally been replaced, we also get a super upbeat new OP! Visually, one of my favourite parts is near the end where we see a montage of all the characters (2:43), it feels like it's paying homage to the character growth we have seen so far, while teasing new characters that await us in this season. Musically speaking, I don't have too much to comment on for the arrangement as it's also quite straight forward. I tried to keep as many of the vocal harmony lines in the RH as possible, and also preserve the guitar motifs during the instrumental sections. I'm so excited to continue watching these anime this season!
