McCulloch Pro Mac 610, Muffler Clean, Fix Oiler check ball
McCulloch Pro Mac 610, Muffler Clean, Fix Oiler check ball. Here I'm using an ultrasonic cleaner to thoroughly clean the spark arrestor and muffler on a McCulloch chainsaw. I also show how to remove the oiler on the McCulloch pro Mac 610 and how the oil line routes. The check ball (check valve) was stuck on this chainsaw oiler since the oil line broke in the chainsaw oil tank and that allowed dirt to get in the oiler. What freed up the check ball (check valve) was the PB Blaster. I couldn't get the chainsaw oiler to pump with just plain oil. The replace the broken oil line in the oil tank, requires disassembling most of the chainsaw. The oil line itself costs pennies but the labor to replace the oil line in time-consuming.
