In panic, Thi dragged the victim's body along the river to the Vang Khua section, about 500m from the mouth of the stream, then put it into a shallow puddle to temporarily hide the body and went home to eat lunch. After returning home to eat, Thi dismembered the victim's body into several parts, hid them in sacks with the aim of destroying evidence and creating a false scene. Case Information 3: Truong Viet Hung (born 1988) and Ms. P.T.Q knew each other. Because he knew Ms. Q's routine, on the morning of April 12, 2023, Hung came to the apartment building where Ms. Q lived, waited in the lobby and took the elevator with Ms. Q down to the parking basement. At the location of Ms. Q's car, Hung strangled the victim with one hand. After that, Hung dragged Ms. Q to the back seat door and took a shirt available in the car to wrap around her head. To avoid being detected, Hung drove out of the apartment building basement to the other side of Dong Tru bridge, to the area of Dong Hoi commune, Dong Anh district. Hung stole 16 million VND from Ms. Q and deposited 9 million VND into a game account. After that, the subject drove Ms. Q's car to the Mipec apartment building, where Ms. Q often went to the gym, to hide the car and Ms. Q's body in the parking basement of the apartment building and then fled. On April 16, when Hung was in the train track area near National Highway 1A, he was arrested.
