Anything but CBD Calm

The plaintiff owns a CBD wellness company. She and the defendant planned to go into business together, but the plaintiff says the defendant ghosted her, and they got into a physical fight. The defendant allegedly posted an altered video of the fight online, so the plaintiff is suing for emotional distress and defamation. Leading up to the fight, the defendant insists the plaintiff showed up at her house unannounced, and she’s countersuing for emotional distress and defamation as well.
