Golden Age Karate: Beginner Stretching for a Senior Students
Welcome to Golden Age Karate Class Beginner Stretches for Senior Students. In this short video we take the seniors outside after a long quarantine and allow them to use their bodies to stretch and get more movement. The Seniors enjoyed getting fresh air and realizing that they are stronger than they even realized. I know that it is difficult to continue social isolation but this is a great way to get some sunlight and movement in and keep your muscles working. A little bit of exercise is always better than nothing at all so start where you can. For fun we even threw in a little self defense action.
