KSP: Simulating NASA's Dragonfly Mission (Principia)

Support my work by becoming a member:    / @drstowaters   This mission was simulated in Kerbal Space Program with a ton of mods, including Principia (realistic gravity), Real Solar System, Realism Overhaul, and most notably for the graphics, RSS-reborn and Gas Giants Enhanced. Note that every scene in this video was post-processed later with VFX and color grading; however, I use Zorg's flight profiles for the TUFX profile. NOTE: Because Dragonfly's flight profile and mission details are not yet final, the flight plan and dates shown in this video are most possibly incorrect. Many aspects of this video are based on assumptions and may be wrong; however, I tried my best to make this mission as realistic as possible. Mission details and facts are accurate as of April 24, 2022 (Environmental Assessment for the Dragonfly Mission draft by NASA), and mission details regarding Dragonfly are likely to change in the future.
