Hello family! After a week's absence, we're back in full force. Following our last video about the car crash in India, we received tons of messages asking why we hadn't shared more stories from the first leg of this amazing trip. And here we are to deliver! We decided to open the treasure chest of memories and unearth some incredible footage from our hard drives. In this episode, we relive a feat that very few dare to attempt: crossing from Europe to Asia overland, in our campervan, with very young children. It was a complete change of continent, culture, and religion that marked us forever. Crossing into Turkey was breathtaking; we encountered stunning landscapes, completely different cuisines, and, above all, the wonderful hospitality of the Turkish people. We explored the magic of Istanbul, the white waters of Pamukkale, the hot air balloons of Cappadocia, and ventured deep into Turkish Kurdistan. But the trip also had its difficult moments... Stay tuned until the end because we ended the night in a small town, completely in the dark, watching from the window as tanks surrounded our camper van and armed police pointed their guns at a checkpoint. A very tense moment where we didn't understand what was happening... To be continued in the next video! This video is about 30 minutes long and took us weeks to edit. It's footage from years ago, from a time when we filmed just for ourselves, as a family memory, never thinking about YouTube.
