La Estación de Ferrocarril de Caldera, ubicada en la costanera Guillermo Wheelwright en la Región de Atacama, es un hito histórico fundamental por haber sido el punto de partida de la primera línea ferroviaria construida en Chile (Caldera-Copiapó) en el año 1851. Hoy en día, el edificio ya no funciona para el transporte de pasajeros, sino que ha sido restaurado y reconvertido en el Centro Cultural Estación Caldera, el cual alberga eventos locales y el Museo Paleontológico de la comuna.
