In this episode of DOJ, a team of health dept. workers attempt to spray people down with a disinfectant to prevent the spread of a new virus. The new virus is called Oscar Mayer Lips, which causes peoples lips to become the size of hot dogs. The cops didn't appreciate their efforts to stop it from spreading.
