James Taylor performs "Only a Dream in Rio" with the World's Most Dangerous Band and then discusses the inspiration for the song with Dave. In stereo. (He had performed the song on The Tonight Show the previous November, uploaded here:    • Video  ) Of interest to probably no one: This video comes from the show's rebroadcast of August 8, 1988. I have two sources for this rebroadcast, one from the San Francisco affiliate (in mono) and one from D.C. (in stereo). In both sources there's a video glitch at around 1:30 of this clip. That glitch isn't present in the original broadcast of September 24, 1986. The source I have for the original air is in mono, so I patched the mono moment into the stereo. Easy to spot.
