At the age of 13, she began training at the Royal Conservatory of Dance Mariemma in Madrid, and just one year later, she was invited to continue her studies at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy in Moscow. During her time at the Bolshoi, she participated in prestigious ballet competitions such as the Prix de Lausanne and YAGP, and won one gold and two silver medals at Italian competitions. In 2016, she obtained her Ballet Artist Diploma and joined Russian National Ballet, as well as American ballet companies such as Gelsey Kirkland Ballet, Roxey Ballet, Ballet Frontier of Texas, and State Street Ballet. She performs as a principal dancer, with roles including Princess Aurora in "Sleeping Beauty," Giselle in "Giselle," Marie/Snow Queen/Sugar Plum/Dewdrop in "The Nutcracker," Titania in "A Midsummer Night's Dream," and grand pas de deux from "Don Quixote," "The Talisman," "Diana and Actaeon," "Swan Lake," and "Spring Waters." In addition to her career as a professional dancer, she also enjoys sharing her love and knowledge with ballet enthusiasts and young dancers. She has been a ballet teacher and coach for over six years. On her YouTube channel, she shares her journey from student days to professional ballerina over the past five years, inspiring ballet enthusiasts and young dancers to enter the world of ballet and pursue their dreams. In 2023, Nalea and her husband, Kaito Yamamoto, moved to Tokyo and launched a new project, "The Ballet Shows."
