Meet the Mets: 2021 Edition

AKA: "Congrats, Mets! (2021)" I really thought this was the year things would change. The Wilpons were gone. They weren't pinching pennies like they used to. The Mets had a commanding lead on the division at the All-Star Break (despite a massive injury wave and hitting woes). Even with all of that, LOLMETS somehow finds a way to shine. A massive collapse throughout August and September have left the team reeling again. Once again out of the hunt despite lofty expectations, we must bring dead horses back to beat. We must Meet the Mets.
