Single Cell Datasets Ep 6 - Protein UMAP plotting and analysis walkthrough on 10xGenomics

RNA and protein don't always tell the same story. A cell might have high mRNA levels but low protein, or vice versa and that matters for your conclusions. In this video I show how to overlay top 6 (alphabetically) protein UMAP on top of RNA UMAP (or compare them side-by-side) to see where the two modalities agree and where they diverge.
