Black Magic Woman - Peter Green with The Splinter Group
This is a clip from a concert first shown on German TV in 1998. The song was written by Peter Green and originally recorded in 1968 during his days with Fleetwood Mac. Nigel Watson does most of the guitar work on this live version while Peter concentrates on the soulful but rather strained vocal. For a better indication of Peter's capabilities as a vocalist I suggest you listen to some of his earlier work with Fleetwood Mac on tracks like "Stop Messin' Round" and many more.
