Bologna Children's Book Fair Tips for Illustrators (and ways to find it less overwhelming!)

Hello there! After recently visiting the Bologna Children's Book Fair, I thought it may be helpful to share a few tips for future illustrators going to visit. These are just 7 quick tips so if you have any more suggestions for an illustrator going to BCBF, feel free to comment them before! Here are the food places I recommend: Vela Azzurra - Cucina Di Mare (cute little place which is great for seafood apparently, but we had the mushroom pizzas and they were delicious!) Le Moline via delle moline (best veggie lasagne, can fit big groups in another room but rest of the restaurant is super cosy if you’ve got a smaller group) Pizzium (great pizza and can fit bigger groups too) EDIT: IMPORTANT TIP As an illustrator, you get a fair ticket discount! Make sure you email them way in advance to ask for your illustrator code. Once tickets go live and you have your code, you could save a huge amount off your ticket! There is a deadline for this which they will put on the website so make sure you get it before then! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Music by FASSounds on Pixabay For more info about me and my artwork, you can find them here: @jmsillustrates on Instagram jennifermaespooner.com patreon.com/jennifermaespooner
