In 2014, I was assigned to go to Palotina (PR) along with my cameraman and assistant colleagues to look for one of the Mega da Virada lottery winners. The plan was simple: ask around, on the streets, in businesses... until we could find the new millionaire. In a city with about 35,000 inhabitants, it wasn't that difficult to find him. But what surprised me most was what he was doing when we arrived.
