Attorneys for rap superstar Lil Durk, whose real name is Durk Banks, say the indictment of their client is based on bad evidence. Prosecutors allege Banks was integral in planning a shooting that went down in Beverly Hills in 2022, leaving the cousin of a rival rapper dead. The government also claims that Banks rapped about the murder, but the defense says evidence provided by the prosecution includes an altered version of the original song.
