Make Any L-Network Antenna Tuner 4-Way Reconfigurable

Most manual antenna tuners are an "L-Network" configuration. This means some combination of L & C in and "inverted-L" shape. A few tuners will allow you to move the capacitor either before or after the inductor. But no tuner that I know if lets you reconfigure to all 4 different conditions. This can be advantageous for better matching efficiency and better output signal strength.
