I Probably Overreacted When I Rage Quit My Van
In this video I recount the fact that I totally overreacted after my van broke down on me twice. Last time I fixed my 1998 GMC Safari, then it very quickly died again after 45 minutes. At that point I rage quit and decided that I was going to sell my van as is. Maybe even part it out. But then after a good night's sleep, and some messages of encouragement, I decided that it was worth trying at least a little bit to get it fixed. I checked my fuel pressure, and it was low, so I bought a $49 fuel pump from Rockauto.com, and replaced it. Sure enough that did the trick, and now my van is back running again. I didn't even spill that much gas on me while dropping the tank, what a miracle! The van is still for sale though.
