Las Pozas del RÍO GENAL

Today I visit 4 wonderful Pozas in the Genal River between the municipalities of Algatocín and Jubrique, in Malaga, Spain. The Route starts from Venta San Juan very close to Camping El Genal from where you can also start the route descending a descent in front of the Camping, I start it from La Venta where, crossing the road, I take a path under the Puente San Juan, there we will find the 1st Pool "Charco Puente San Juan", now we continue upriver by the same water or by a path to the right of the river until we reach the 2nd pool, called "Charco Picao", we move forward and very close to each other we find the 3rd pool "Charco de la Tomilla" and just a little further on the 4th pool, called "The idyllic narrow" of a large beauty and for me the most beautiful, then we can continue up the river and enjoy its waters, its small waterfalls and its mini pools.   / aventuraarunda.senijing     / aventura_arunda_   hiking/ #PozasRíoGenal #Algatocín #Jubrique
