In the 1960s, Rolex developed (and subsequently filed a patent for) a dive watch with a bezel that locked into place. The result was the clamp system seen on the P01, which does effectively trap the bezel in its place and keep it from moving. It's a total marmite watch - either you love it, or you can't stand it, but whatever your position, it's just nice to see a luxury brand produce something that is very much a tool to its core. Next up, we have the Black Bay 41, a larger version of the much loved Black Bay 36. It fills in this gap that had existed in Tudor's collection, one that called for a sporty, Explorer-esque watch that was still eminently wearable with a suit. It's an impressive watch, especially for a price point of well under $5k (under $3k, in fact), and just goes to show the kind of value you can pick up in the Tudor range these days.
