Essex: Rayleigh

The third installment and we no leave Castle Point and head into Rayleigh, visiting the Mount and Windmill before descending the hill and travelling through some of Rayleigh's housing estates to conclude on the western edge of the town. They didm't really give a lot of indication of steps around Rayleigh Mount, to be fair.
