Budget Gear: Ganzo G745 Folding Knife an EDC Bargain Blade

The Ganzo G745 for me is a cooking companion. It's blade grind and geometry while excellent for everyday tasks also lends itself very well to getting the job done both in the house and camp kitchen. It is born to slice. It is made from 440C and it's heat treat is excellent, giving it as good of edge retention and strength as one can expect from this steal.
